UPS COD Orders will be charged a COD fee and require a money order.

Deposits

A deposit is required on special order items.

FREIGHT CHARGES

Freight charges will be added to order price.

DAMAGE

Claims for damaged or lost merchandise to the freight company.

RETURNS

Any merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be authorized by Group A Engineering and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Include a copy of the original invoice and an explanation on why you are returning the part. Parts returned must be new and in an unused condition - no returns on special order parts.

LIABILITY

Group A Engineering will not be held liabile in anyway for personal or property damage of any kind caused by the use of the misuse of any product we sell.
